Christopher C. Nichols, born in Weymouth, Massachusetts; admitted to Bar 1994, Massachusetts; 1994, U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts and U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit. Chris became associated with the firm in September of 2007, following the development of a successful solo practice that focused on real estate transactions. Chris has two decades of experience representing buyers, sellers and lenders in every facet of residential real estate transactions. His broad experience and fastidious approach ensures smooth real estate closings for his clients.
Chris is also recognized as a zealous litigator, who has more than a decade of active representation of a wide range of clients in state and federal courts. Prior to his accomplished career in private practice, Chris served as a prosecutor for the Norwell Police Department and a Special Assistant District Attorney for Plymouth County, which affords him excellent insight in the litigation of complex cases.
Chris graduated from Stonehill College in North Easton, Ma in 1987 and the New England School of Law in 1994. Chris is a lifelong resident of Norwell, Massachusetts where he lives with his wife and they raised their three children.
