McGowan & Associates represented a local South Shore company that specialized in the sale of precision machining tools and equipment. A customer alleged to be dissatisfied with equipment that was acquired from the client but was being improperly utilized and maintained by the customer. When our client was presented with a demand, we were able to demonstrate the shortcomings of the customer’s process and broker a pro-rated return for the equipment and arrange for its rigging and transport which allowed both parties to avoid the burdens of protracted litigation.
